Who We Are

Marvin McQuitty Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering emerging drummers to play with purpose.
Founded in 2025 to honor the legacy and wishes of the late, world-renowned drummer Marvin McQuitty, we work to give young musicians access to education, mentorship, and special opportunities that are often hard to come by in the music world. We believe every child passionate about drumming deserves the tools and support they need to thrive.

the solution
Across the globe, young aspiring musicians struggle to find support that not only teaches career sustainability but also fosters personal growth and character development, essential for thriving both on and off the drum set.
We are committed to supporting every child’s musical journey, by helping them develop the character and confidence that creates lasting impact on and off the drum set.
Through faith-driven mentorship, professional development, equipment support and performance opportunities, the Marvin McQuitty Foundation exists to raise up a generation of drummers who are not only talented but whole.
